_{The Congress featured a comprehensive two-day scientific program dedicated to current issues in urology, andrology, pediatric urology, reconstructive and minimally invasive urology, and uro-oncology.}

_{At the CACU26 scientific platform, leading specialists presented more than 60 reports covering modern diagnostic and treatment methods in uro-oncology and neurourology, innovative high-tech approaches to the treatment of urological diseases, conservative and surgical treatment of genitourinary anomalies, reconstructive procedures involving the penis, as well as minimally invasive technologies for the treatment of urolithiasis.}

_{As part of the 5th Central Asian Congress of Urologists (CACU26), an educational course of the European School of Urology (ESU) was also held, along with a session entitled “Uro-Oncology,” which presented modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases, including issues related to urolithiasis.}

_{With the aim of further developing international cooperation, improving urological care, and advancing scientific and educational activities, the Congress participants unanimously adopted the following areas of cooperation:}

_{5. Promotion of international professional relations and expansion of cooperation among urological associations and medical institutions of the countries participating in the Congress.}
